Adopted at the 4th Session of the Twelfth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on March 16, 2016, and amended in accordance with the Decision on Amending the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China as adopted at the 7th Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress on December 29, 2023.
